BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT POLICY

To be able to more effectively serve client needs, 360 ComNet has established a Business Engagement Policy.

I.

Normal Business Hours will be from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

All phone calls should be directed to the business number 319-294-1435.

Phone calls and e-mail inquiries will be returned as soon as we are available if we are not immediately available to respond. If possible e-mails are preferred for non-emergency requests as we are often times in a location that makes phone calls difficult.

Text Messages to cell numbers are not monitored and therefore not reliable for service requests.

During normal business hours, regular rates will apply.

II. Outside of normal business hours, the following procedures will apply:
  a. For emergencies, please call the business line 319-294-1435. Any calls to phone numbers other than the business line will not be answered.
  b. We will respond to these requests as soon as possible, taking into account the time of day, our availability and the nature of the emergency.
  c. Emergency work is subject to additional charges due to being outside normal business hours.
    i. Request for After Hours support will incur an initial 1 hour charge for the call.
    ii. Work done after normal hours between 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM - at 1 ½ times the normal hourly service rate.
    iii. After 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM – at 2 times the normal hourly service rate.
III. If you are contacting us with information outside of normal business hours and do not need a response until the next business day, please do so by pressing extension 1 and leave a message.
IV. Scheduled projects will be billed based at the normal rate, or at the agreed upon contract rate.
